xx777 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xx777 Gaming Ltd. ("xx777", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xx777 platform available at xx777.lol, including all associated services, software, games, betting markets, and promotional materials.

By registering an account with xx777, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the xx777 platform or services.

These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language. Any translation provided for convenience is non-binding in the event of any discrepancy. These Terms are applicable to all players accessing xx777 from Pakistan and any other permitted jurisdiction.

Access to and use of the xx777 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the xx777 platform;
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law;
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion on the xx777 platform or any connected gaming operator;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of xx777 Gaming Ltd. or any of its affiliated companies or technology providers.

xx777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts where age verification has not been completed may be restricted at xx777's sole discretion until verification is provided.

To access the full range of xx777 services, you must register a player account. The following rules govern account registration:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your xx777 account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

All transactions, bets, and activities conducted through your xx777 account are deemed to be authorised by you, whether or not you were personally responsible for such activity. xx777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

You must notify xx777's support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your xx777 account. xx777 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to provide an additional layer of account security.

xx777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₨500. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and is subject to change at xx777's discretion.

Deposits are credited to your xx777 account in PKR at the nominal deposit value. xx777 does not apply any deposit processing fees. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which xx777 accepts no responsibility.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are yours, that you are not using funds obtained through illegal means, and that the payment method is registered in your own name. xx777 reserves the right to request evidence of fund source in connection with its AML obligations.

Withdrawal requests at xx777 are processed within the following timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of request confirmation. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₨500. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made, in accordance with xx777's anti-money laundering procedures. xx777 reserves the right to perform additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests of any amount.

xx777 offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and loyalty rewards to its registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific bonus terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

All games available on the xx777 platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an individual game's rules, these Terms shall prevail.

The xx777 Random Number Generator (RNG) systems governing all non-live games are subject to independent technical audits to verify their randomness, fairness, and compliance with the platform's published Return to Player (RTP) figures. Results of the most recent audit are available from xx777 support upon request.

The following activities are strictly prohibited across all xx777 gaming products:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games or place bets;
• Collusion with other players or exploitation of known bugs, glitches, or technical errors;
• Any form of cheating, fraudulent conduct, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Taking advantage of malfunctions in games or systems — winnings arising from technical malfunctions are void;
• Systematic card counting or other advantage-play techniques in live dealer games where such techniques are prohibited by the applicable game rules.

xx777's sports betting service — including cricket betting, PSL betting, football, kabaddi, UFC, and all other sports markets — is governed by these Terms together with xx777's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

xx777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and are committed to providing tools that help players maintain control of their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all xx777 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit to your xx777 account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. xx777 will notify you when your session limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Configurable pop-up notifications that display your current session win/loss status at intervals you specify.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your xx777 account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all xx777 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

All content on the xx777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, game assets, audio and video files, databases, icons, the "xx777" brand name and trademark, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of xx777 Gaming Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xx777 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any xx777 content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with xx777's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xx777 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the xx777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds or account balance due to technical failures beyond xx777's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game;
• Errors in odds, game rules, or promotional information that are corrected by xx777 in a reasonable timeframe;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information or advice provided on the xx777 platform.

xx777's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your xx777 account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xx777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at xx777.lol/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an xx777 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the xx777 Privacy Policy.

xx777 collects personal data for the purposes of: account management and identity verification; processing deposits and withdrawals; compliance with anti-money laundering and KYC obligations; personalisation of the gaming experience; communication of promotional offers (subject to your marketing preferences); and improvement of the platform.

xx777 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification service providers, regulatory authorities, and other third parties where required by law or where necessary to provide the xx777 services.

In addition to the specific prohibitions set out in other sections of these Terms, the following activities are strictly prohibited at xx777:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the xx777 platform;
• Registering an account on behalf of any third party, including minors;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the xx777 platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise any xx777 software or security measure;
• Transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful software via the xx777 platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the experience of other xx777 players;
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first raising the matter with xx777 support in good faith.

xx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• There are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms;
• The player is found to be ineligible under the criteria set out in Clause 2;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding twelve months;
• xx777 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order;
• xx777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or criminal activity associated with the account.

You may close your xx777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (subject to applicable bonus terms and withdrawal conditions) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method.

Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited activity — are subject to forfeiture of all balances at xx777's discretion.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xx777 Gaming Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance arising from your use of the xx777 platform, you should in the first instance contact xx777's customer support team via live chat or at the email address provided in Clause 18. xx777 will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through xx777's internal dispute resolution process, you may refer the matter to the applicable independent dispute resolution body as specified in xx777's licensing terms. Details of the relevant dispute resolution authority are available from xx777 support.

xx777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, xx777 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform, as determined appropriate by xx777 in its sole discretion.

Your continued use of the xx777 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any modification to these Terms, you must cease using the xx777 platform and may request account closure as set out in Clause 15.

The current version of these Terms is always available at xx777.lol/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the currently applicable version.
